The Challenge
Customers ordered neon signs from flat images, then reported mismatches. Returns were high and production paused frequently for clarification calls.

Our Role
Built the SVG neon glow rendering engine and Canvas-based light simulation as a module contributor at a previous company.

Time on page tripled (3.6×). Return rate fell from 12% to under 2%. Support calls during order process dropped 70%.
