The Challenge
A bloated Shopify theme with 6.8s LCP and confusing mobile checkout drove high abandonment- exactly the speed and UX problems we fix for DTC brands daily.

Shopify theme performance audit and Liquid component refactor at a previous employer- Core Web Vitals tuning, PDP UX, and mobile checkout optimisation.

LCP dropped from 6.8s to 2.1s. Checkout abandonment fell 22%. Mobile add-to-cart rate improved measurably post-launch.
